Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale for Woosh application service providers
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (T&C) govern the relationship between service providers registered on the Woosh application and the company operating the application. They define the rights and obligations of providers in the context of using the platform.
2. Registration
- •The provider must create a professional account by providing supporting documents (identity, legal status, professional insurance, bank details).
- •Woosh reserves the right to refuse or suspend an account that does not meet quality or compliance criteria.
3. Platform Operation
- •The provider receives service requests and is free to accept or refuse them according to their availability.
- •By accepting a mission, the provider commits to honor the appointment, to perform the service professionally and to respect the agreed schedules.
4. Remuneration
- •The price displayed to the user includes the 20% Woosh commission.
- •The provider receives 80% of the total amount of the service, paid within X working days after completion.
- •Woosh reserves the right to suspend a payment in case of unresolved customer complaint.
5. Provider Obligations
- •Be up to date with tax, social and legal obligations.
- •Respect hygiene, safety and professionalism rules.
- •Not directly contact clients obtained via Woosh.
6. Responsibility
- •The provider is solely responsible for the proper execution of the service.
- •In case of dispute, Woosh intervenes as mediator but cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the provider.
7. Account Suspension or Deletion
Woosh reserves the right to suspend or delete a provider's account in case of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, abusive cancellations or repeated negative customer feedback.
