TERMS & CONDITIONS - WOOSH USERS

These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (T&C) are intended to define the terms of access and use of the Woosh mobile application, as well as the booking and payment conditions for the services offered.

Woosh is a platform that allows users to book cleaning services (shop windows, sofas, armchairs, vehicles) performed by independent professionals listed on the application.

The user must create an account by providing personal information and accepting these Terms and Conditions.

• The user chooses a service, a provider and an available time slot.
• Once the booking is confirmed, a summary is sent to the user.
• Cancellation is subject to fees depending on the order status (see Cancellation Policy section).

Cancelling an order may incur fees depending on its progress. Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total service amount.

Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the registered payment method. In case of dispute, you can contact our customer service.

• Payment is made via the application at the time of booking.
• Woosh automatically takes a 20% commission on each service, the rest is paid to the provider.

• Woosh acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of service execution.
• In case of dispute with a provider, Woosh may intervene as mediator without guaranteeing a favorable outcome.

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with current regulations (GDPR). The user can request to view, modify or delete their data.

Woosh reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed via the application.
